Refund Policy

1. App Generation License

Refund requests for app generation licenses must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Once a production build has been generated, the license is considered consumed and is non-refundable.

2. Builder Access Renewal

Builder access renewal purchases are non-refundable once the builder has been reactivated.

3. Publishing Assistance

Publishing assistance fees are refundable if the optional managed submission service has not yet commenced. Once AppitNow has begun the store-submission workflow, the fee is non-refundable. AppitNow does not guarantee app approval and will not refund assistance fees based on platform review outcomes.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact support@appitnow.com with your account email, license ID, and reason for the refund request. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
