1. Overview

AppitNow ("the Platform") is a production app generation service that transforms existing websites into configurable Android and iOS mobile applications. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

2. License Model

Each app generation license is a one-time purchase tied to a single website URL. Licenses include 30 days of active builder access and up to 10 production generations during the active window. Builder access may be renewed separately.

3. App Identity Locking

The website URL is bound to the license at purchase time. The package name or bundle identifier may be edited until the first successful production build, after which it becomes locked to maintain store consistency.

4. Publishing Assistance

Publishing assistance is an optional managed add-on service separate from AppitNow's standard automated build generation. AppitNow does not guarantee app approval by Apple or Google. Approval decisions are controlled solely by the respective platform operators.

5. Data Retention

Trial accounts receive 7 days of interactive access. Paid app licenses receive 30 days of builder access. If a trial or paid account expires and is not upgraded or renewed within 24 hours, the account and all associated project data are permanently erased from the platform. Users are responsible for downloading build artifacts during the active period.
